Tania was employed by Claire Foley in 2005 as a Junior Conveyancer while completing her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing). After working closely with Claire Foley for 8 years, Tania was given the opportunity to commit further to the business as a joint business owner with Claire Foley.
Tania has developed strong relationships with Clients, Real Estate Agents and Brokers and has a solid client base.
Tania also completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Murdoch University in 2004.

Claire is the founder of Foley Burge Conveyancing – formerly Claire Foley Conveyancing. Claire has worked in conveyancing since 1992 and lived in Fremantle for 37 years. She now runs her files from a Melbourne based office with the able assistance of hands-off staff at the East Fremantle office.
Her clients benefit from her experience and the relationships she has developed during her time in the settlement industry.
